Role Overview
Greensafe International Pte Ltd is hiring a School Administrative Assistant for a school setting in Jurong Pioneer, Singapore. This position focuses on front-desk support, general office administration, and day-to-day coordination to help keep school operations running smoothly.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Core Duties
- Greet and assist visitors while ensuring the reception area remains tidy, organised, and welcoming.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries from walk-in visitors.
- Manage documentation, data entry, and routine correspondence.
- Receive, sort, and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Carry out filing, scanning, photocopying, and other general administrative tasks.
- Distribute keys, stationery, and teaching resources to staff as needed.
- Help coordinate school activities, events, and programmes.
- Support students who need help finding lost belongings, spare uniforms, or the right teacher/classroom.
- Reach out to parents regarding student-related concerns or updates.
- Keep accurate records for lost-and-found items and spare uniforms.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the school.
Requirements
- A minimum qualification of GCE O-Level or an equivalent credential is required.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is needed.
- Good knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
