Role Summary

The SAP RTR/ITD Analyst role is a full-time position based at the Jeddah office, focusing on supporting Record-to-Report and Intercompany Transfer Pricing processes within SAP. Core duties include analyzing financial business needs, configuring and maintaining the SAP FICO modules, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and master data management. The role involves collaboration with business units to identify enhancements, preparing functional specifications, and working alongside technical teams to deploy solutions. Responsibilities also encompass executing system testing, resolving system issues, assisting with monthly and yearly financial closings, and providing training and support to users. Additionally, the analyst aids in process standardization, adherence to internal controls, and supports global SAP template implementations and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in designing and optimizing business processes, especially Record-to-Report and intercompany finance operations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess financial reports, diagnose issues, and suggest practical improvements.
  • Experience in consulting or business partnership roles, with skills in requirements gathering, conducting workshops, and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, testing, and support across modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Understanding of financial master data governance and upkeep within SAP financial and controlling modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in the automotive sector or large-scale manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, multitask effectively, and communicate proficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of regional laws and financial practices is a plus.
