Role overview
This position is for a Salesforce professional who combines strong Field Service Lightning expertise with practical Agentforce implementation experience. The role is centered on building, configuring, and continuously refining the Field Service environment, with particular focus on scheduling optimization, the mobile experience for field workers, and AI-enabled digital worker capabilities powered by Agentforce.
The successful candidate will help shape autonomous field service workflows that lower dispatcher effort and improve how technicians are assigned and utilized. This is an important individual contributor position within a lean IT team, with regular interaction with operations, product, and field leadership to turn service requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration, development, and ongoing enhancement of the Salesforce Field Service environment.
- Improve scheduling workflows and optimization engine performance for field operations.
- Build and support mobile experiences for field technicians using Salesforce Mobile capabilities.
- Develop solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Implement and maintain Agentforce-based capabilities for AI-driven digital worker use cases.
- Use Prompt Builder and Einstein Generative AI in solution design and implementation.
- Create integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with Platform Events and Change Data Capture for event-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and field leaders to translate business needs into Salesforce functionality.
- Contribute to version control and deployment processes using SFDX, GitHub, and DevOps Center.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning scheduling and optimization.
- Practical experience with Field Service Lightning Mobile, Salesforce Mobile SDK, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong working knowledge of Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
- Experience building Record-Triggered, Screen, and Autolaunched Flows.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including GA usage.
- Experience with Prompt Builder and Einstein Generative AI.
- Ability to work with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience with Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
- Familiarity with SFDX, GitHub, and DevOps Center.
- Availability for the stated working shift of 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.

This is a full-time remote role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The level is Mid-Senior, and the position is intended for candidates with 5+ years of Salesforce experience. The working shift is 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
