Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Team Leader for SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. based in Chandigarh. The role focuses on training, guiding, and supervising telecalling staff to boost sales performance and enhance customer service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and induction training programs for newly recruited telecallers.
- Provide comprehensive sales training covering techniques, objection management, customer interaction, and communication skills.
- Educate team members on product details, CRM systems, call scripts, and organizational procedures.
- Observe live and recorded calls to identify areas for coaching and improvement.
- Organize refresher training sessions driven by quality assurance and performance analytics.
- Create educational materials including presentations, assessments, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training aids.
- Assess trainee capabilities through mock calls, quizzes, and role-playing exercises.
- Partner with Operations and Quality assurance departments to enhance conversion rates and increase customer satisfaction.
- Utilize KPIs such as call quality metrics, conversion rates, productivity ratios, and attendance to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive training documentation and generate performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong skills in presenting and facilitating training sessions.
- Proficient experience in telesales, customer service, and handling objections.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- Capability to coach, motivate, and mentor a team effectively.
