Role overview
DHL Global Forwarding is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for its Melbourne head office. The company operates globally in logistics, helping businesses and people move goods reliably and with a focus on sustainability across sectors such as technology, life sciences, engineering, energy, automotive, and retail.
What you will do
- Prepare precise and prompt quotations, costing details, and contract documents.
- Create customer-requested paperwork and pass relevant information to the sales team.
- Obtain international pricing and keep local sales tariff information up to date.
- Support sales-related projects aimed at improving the customer experience.
