직무 설명
Job Purpose
The role is focused on driving sales and collections for the assigned Neurology portfolio. It involves identifying commercial opportunities within the territory, developing relationships with prospects and existing customers, promoting the assigned products, managing order follow-up and collections, supporting users after the sale, and keeping management informed about competitor activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Study customer needs, market potential, and competitor movements in the territory, then record and share the findings.
- Prepare sales forecasts and territory action plans for the Neurology range in line with company direction, and submit them for approval.
- Act as AMICO’s authorized representative for the Neurology line and engage confidently with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
- Meet target accounts and decision-makers to identify sales opportunities and present the assigned products.
- Take part in marketing activities, conferences, workshops, and promotional campaigns related to the territory.
- Provide in-service support to customers when needed.
- Deliver technical assistance to customers and follow up on satisfaction related to installation, commissioning, use, and maintenance of the equipment.
- Track and report action plans, customer feedback, sales achievements, market potential, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with surgeons, nurses, clinical staff, and other client contacts.
- Assist doctors and staff with equipment installation and setup.
Candidate Requirements
The employer is looking for someone with a science, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, or related degree from a recognized institute. Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is preferred, though freshers with a strong interest in sales may also be considered. The person should be able to communicate well in English and Arabic, build relationships effectively, and demonstrate persuasive selling ability and sound business sense.
