This position is for a sales professional focused on premium villa site sales in Bengaluru. The role involves working closely with marketing and client-facing teams to drive real estate sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage sales for luxury villa sites, coordinate with the Marketing Manager and prospective clients, and use their professional network to support lead generation and closures.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have a background in real estate sales. Prior experience in selling villa sites or similar property segments in Bangalore is preferred. Freshers may also be considered if they have strong communication skills.
