Our dedicated team of over 60 professionals focuses on real-world training designed to prepare students for success in an ever-evolving technology landscape, particularly targeting tier 2 and tier 3 engineering colleges. We not only assist candidates in acing interviews, but also in building sustainable career paths. Role Responsibilities
- Engage potential students proactively across multiple platforms such as phone calls, emails, and webinars to understand their academic aspirations and requirements.
- Provide detailed insights into our EdTech products and services, demonstrating how these offerings align with and support students' educational goals.
- Maintain consistent communication and foster positive relationships within the business-to-customer segment.
- Respond promptly to any queries or challenges, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Promote and uphold a favorable image of the company through excellent customer service.
- Ensure sustained follow-ups to address prospects’ inquiries and nurture ongoing interest.
- Track and report sales performance metrics including lead conversions and enrollment rates.
- Encourage best practices in sales and customer engagement to achieve high sales outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution is required.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in B2C sales is preferred.
- Prior exposure to the EdTech sector is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, both verbal and written.
- Competency in using Google Business Suite applications like Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

Compensation and Working Conditions

- Competitive remuneration, including a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 along with potential full-time employment compensation up to ₹360,000 annually, based on performance.
