About the Role
Join LION, the company behind some of Australia's most renowned beer and ready-to-drink brands including XXXX, Hahn, Stone & Wood, and Kirin Hyoketsu, as a Sales Executive based in Sunshine Coast South. This full-time, permanent position invites a customer-focused professional energized by teamwork and surpassing sales goals to be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your sales targets, driving results with enthusiasm and ensuring LION’s brands are excellently represented across both on-premise and off-premise retail channels.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their needs and offer customized solutions that deliver benefits for customers, consumers, and LION alike.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for LION’s brands, implementing impactful marketing plans that engage consumers effectively.
- Lead customer tastings, events, and training sessions that create memorable experiences and keep the end consumer in focus.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably within liquor, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceuticals, retail, or hospitality sectors, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, capable of establishing and maintaining partnerships that promote sustained success.
- A proactive and responsible approach, motivated by challenges and committed to delivering results.
- In-depth understanding of the local market and community, using this insight to identify opportunities and drive outstanding sales performance.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and permanent work authorization in Australia.
