Overview
The role focuses on expanding the foodservice business by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts within the Foodservice channel to meet predetermined sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new customers in the assigned territory to broaden the client base.
- Successfully negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers.
- Leverage the company’s product offerings to address customer needs and promote comprehensive solutions.
- Drive sales growth by encouraging customers to increase product purchases.
- Conceptualize and implement strategies and initiatives aimed at boosting sales volume.
- Establish and sustain strong partnerships with decision-makers among customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and ensure sustainable long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Customer Service departments to uphold superior service standards.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively advise and persuade customers using technical insights.
- Monitor and manage receivables to ensure payments align with agreed credit terms, supporting the company’s cash flow.
Requirements
- Educational qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
- Professional experience: 1 to 3 years in FMCG or hospitality sector, preferably in sales roles, or completion of a sales & marketing internship.
- Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Effective skills in relationship building and problem solving.
- A results-driven mindset.
