Role Overview
The company is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to be stationed in Riyadh. This position involves serving as the technical expert during sales engagements by demonstrating products, conducting proof-of-concepts, preparing technical proposals, and translating sophisticated technological capabilities into tangible business advantages for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to sales activities through product demonstrations and presentations.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand customer requirements.
- Develop and present tailored solutions, proof-of-concept environments, and technical documentation for clients and prospects.
- Translate complex IT and security solutions into clear value propositions for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and contribute to product development.
- Assist with RFP responses and ensure solutions align with client requirements and market needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise software, and networking concepts.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English communication, verbal and written.
- Currently based in Riyadh or open to relocation to Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and strategies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and data protection technologies.
- Understanding of the enterprise and governmental market in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
