Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative will partner with Sales and Business Development teams to fuel customer growth. Key duties include identifying new prospects, qualifying leads, and expanding the sales pipeline. This involves engaging customers through email and phone outreach to educate them on Nuacem AI solutions and uncover sales opportunities. The role requires researching accounts to identify decision-makers and collaborating with Account Managers to follow up on inbound and outbound leads, aiming to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Possess 2-4 years of sales development experience specifically in enterprise software.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a keen interest in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Have experience with cold calling and email marketing campaigns.
• Show passion for emerging technologies and ambition to progress toward a closing sales role.
• Exhibit high energy levels and maintain a positive outlook.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-moving team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills with effective time management.
• Adept at understanding customer needs and recognizing potential applications of Nuacem AI solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to take initiative.
• Work well collaboratively within a team setting.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
