About the Role
OOm Singapore is looking for a Sales Consultant to help promote and sell its digital technology courses in Singapore. The role focuses on identifying prospective customers, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process through research, outreach, and CRM-based tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and qualify individuals and businesses that may be interested in digital tech training programmes.
- Generate new leads through cold calls, networking activities, and online research.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Learn about customer needs and preferences so suitable training solutions can be recommended.
- Use CRM tools to record leads, monitor sales activity, and keep target progress updated.
- Share timely sales updates and performance reports with management.
- Track market developments, competitor activity, and industry shifts to support sales planning.
Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and prior experience is not required.
- A willingness to take on sales responsibilities is important.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities are needed.
- You should be able to build and sustain productive client relationships.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to connect with people from varied backgrounds are essential.
- Comfort with handling multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines at the same time is required.
- You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, with solid organisation and time management skills.
- Experience in B2C or B2B sales and a record of meeting or surpassing targets will be considered an advantage.
