Position Overview

As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by greeting customers, guiding them throughout the store, and assisting in product selection while representing our brand values. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your knowledge of fashion and merchandise to assist customers in making well-informed purchases.
• Work closely with team members to ensure outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain the sales floor and storage areas in an organized, fully stocked, and welcoming condition.
• Assist in store opening and closing procedures.
• Consistently represent the H&M brand positively when interacting with customers.

Work Environment

Our stores form the core of our brand experience, where you will collaborate with various roles including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office, and Delivery staff to foster an inspiring and friendly atmosphere. Coordination with the broader Area Team will allow shared insights and mutual success. Your role is crucial in empowering customers to confidently express their personal style through current trends and timeless fashion, promoting accessibility and sustainability.

• Experience in customer service particularly within fashion, retail, or related sectors.
