Retail Store Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and goal-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our store, supervise staff, and maintain superior customer service standards. The position requires weekend availability, with a weekday scheduled as a weekly off.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Organize staff schedules, supervise performance, and guide team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address customer grievances.
• Meet sales objectives and enhance overall store performance.
• Uphold visual merchandising guidelines and store appearance.
• Track inventory levels, manage restocking, and minimize losses.
• Conduct billing and cash handling, along with preparing daily sales reports.
• Liaise with the head office for reporting, promotional activities, and operational instructions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any graduate degree or relevant qualification.
• Prior experience in retail operations is advantageous; however, fresh graduates demonstrating strong leadership qualities will be considered.
• Effective communication and team management capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as billing systems and Microsoft Excel.

Additional Information

This role requires presence during weekends, with a weekly day off scheduled on weekdays.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15000 to 27000 INR.
