Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee retail sales operations at our store located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. This role demands comprehensive management of daily store operations, inventory control, and handling outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all retail sales activities within the store.
- Manage complete store operations ensuring smooth workflow.
- Supervise inventory management and maintain stock levels.
- Monitor and manage outstanding payments efficiently.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Familiarity and understanding of four-wheeler spare parts, lubricants, and auto components is required.

This position is based onsite at our Aligarh location.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between INR 12,000 and INR 20,000.
