Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and support customers courteously and professionally.
• Help customers find items and provide general product details.
• Keep shelves well-stocked, orderly, and visually attractive.
• Regularly check product quality and remove expired or damaged merchandise.
• Execute billing and cash transactions precisely using POS systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store environment.
• Contribute to inventory inspections, receiving new stock, and replenishing items.
• Assist with promotional events and in-store marketing efforts.
• Address routine customer questions and escalate issues as necessary.
• Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of 10th or 12th standard or an equivalent qualification.
• Between six months and one year of experience in retail, supermarkets, grocery stores, or customer service positions.
• Basic knowledge of billing procedures and cash management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
