Role Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive to join Indiejewel Fashions Private Limited at our Pune location. This role involves setting sales objectives, strategizing, engaging with potential customers, and managing the sales funnel with software tools to meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define sales goals and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
- Identify and research potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Address customer inquiries and questions effectively.
- Prepare and dispatch quotations and proposals to prospects.
- Utilize specific sales software to track and manage the sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- actively participate in team meetings to collaborate on sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of one year in a sales-related position.
- Strong customer service orientation coupled with proficient sales abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and relevant sales software.
- Competence in negotiation and resolving problems efficiently.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between 20,000 to 30,000 INR.
