Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales & Operations Executive to enhance sales, foster strong customer connections, and maintain efficient store functioning. This position integrates sales expertise with operational management including product demonstrations, billing tasks, supervision of helpers, and collaborating with the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store sales activities and guide customers in choosing products
• Develop and sustain customer relationships through follow-ups and support
• Perform product demonstrations and clearly communicate features
• Confidently negotiate deals and finalize sales
• Oversee billing and cash handling procedures
• Manage packing and delivery processes, ensuring helpers execute their jobs effectively
• Work closely with the Store Owner to guarantee daily operations run smoothly
• Assume full responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall store performance

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, ideally in hardware or sanitary product sectors
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and operate independently
• Basic understanding of sanitary, plumbing, and hardware goods is advantageous
• Dependable, honest, and customer-oriented mindset

Compensation & Location

The monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.

The store is located at No. 4, 1st Main, K R Nanjana Layout, Koramangala 8th Block, Bangalore - 560095.
