Role Overview
As a Retail Management Intern, you will oversee specific product categories to meet sales, profit, and inventory goals within retail environments. Your duties will include planning and executing product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns that boost performance in retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage designated product categories to realize targeted sales, profitability, and inventory metrics.
- Organize and implement product launches, promotions, and seasonal retail campaigns.
- Track sales trends, sell-through ratios, and inventory status; diagnose issues and implement corrective measures.
- Enhance product assortment and SKU selections to strengthen category outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
- Liaise closely with Retail, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Compile and present regular sales reports with insightful recommendations to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Highly flexible, proactive, and passionate about e-commerce is preferred.
- Comfortable analyzing data related to traffic, user behavior, and sales.
