Role Overview

As a Retail Coordinator at Repco's Silverdale store, you will play a versatile role combining creative product placement, merchandising, and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to store presentation, planogram adherence, stock management, and delivering exceptional customer interactions. You will contribute to maintaining high standards in store appearance and safety while assisting customers on the shop floor.

Key Duties

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, setting an example for the team.
• Maintain branch merchandising standards, implementing planogram updates and promotions.
• Ensure the store presents a high visual standard and remains well stocked and tidy.
• Participate actively in establishing a safety-first culture within the branch.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Prior retail experience is essential, ideally with merchandising exposure.
• Possess creative skills in product placement and store layout.
• Exhibit a friendly demeanor and effective communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining an organized and neat store environment.
