Role Overview
As a Retail Assistant focusing on checkout operations, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and friendly service to customers. This position involves operating checkout processes accurately and ensuring customer satisfaction meets company standards and policies.
Working Hours
- Monday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Main Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate scanning and packing of customer orders, minimizing wait times during checkout.
- Develop positive and helpful customer interactions, addressing inquiries and escalating issues when required.
- Support cash management activities including banking, reconciliations, and reviewing discrepancies.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, adherence to uniform standards, and uphold safety procedures.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve the customer shopping experience.

- Perform tasks efficiently and precisely in a fast-paced setting, including competent cash handling.
