Role Overview
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the restaurant to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service delivery. This role requires managing the entire restaurant team, driving sales targets, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and handling cash and operational reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to guarantee smooth functioning.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly address guest concerns.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene practices, and adherence to FSSAI regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, control food costs, and reduce wastage effectively.
- Drive sales goals and enhance overall performance of the store.
- Handle cash management, prepare reports, and complete daily closing tasks.
- Ensure all processes align with Bugeese Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and company standards.
