Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Reservations Agent with previous experience in a similar position to join our professional team in Killarney. The successful candidate will operate within a team environment and be responsible for managing booking requests via phone and email, working 5 shifts weekly including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation bookings for all hotels within the collection both through phone calls and emails.
• Conduct detailed investigations regarding any no-shows by coordinating with each hotel's reception desk.
• Maximize all potential sales opportunities related to bookings.
• Communicate all guest requests promptly to the relevant departments ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and frequently update hotel availability and keep the reservations system current.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a reservations or related customer service role is preferred.
• A highly organized and professional individual with strong attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer care.
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
