Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to maximize guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
- Support and manage efficient booking procedures and ensure guest reservations follow-through seamlessly.
- Provide exceptional customer service through both phone and email communication channels during the reservation process.
- Professional handling of reservation sales and guest inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Preferred Qualifications and Traits
- Strong enthusiasm for customer sales and hospitality.
- Prior experience in reservations and relevant hospitality industry knowledge is advantageous.
- Enjoyment in guest interaction and building rapport.
