About Tamayyaz and the Role

Tamayyaz is a Nationalization Development Program designed to equip Saudi nationals with essential skills and expertise for various hospitality roles through a blend of classroom training and practical on-the-job experience within a defined timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly and courteously to reservation inquiries received via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process and confirm bookings accurately, ensuring that all guest preferences and requests are properly recorded.
• Stay informed about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with precise information.
• Work collaboratively with the front desk and other departments to guarantee a seamless guest journey from booking through to check-out.
• Effectively handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements

• Participation in the Tamayyaz Program is exclusively for Saudi nationals.
• Open to individuals with minimal or no prior work experience, including recent graduates or those with up to six months of relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency in English is essential.
• A strong enthusiasm for the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the department.
• Ability to attentively meet guest needs while maintaining composure and courtesy.
