Research Specialist - Fully Remote

About the Role

This contract position is fully remote, requiring 10 to 20 hours of commitment weekly and offers an hourly pay between $50 and $60.

Primary Responsibilities

• Formulate high-quality research questions, provide answers, and develop evaluation materials for training sophisticated language models.
• Assess and enhance AI model performance through meticulous research and analysis.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling to achieve project objectives.
• Collect and synthesize data from multiple sources to augment AI training datasets.
• Deliver structured and clear feedback to AI research teams aimed at improving data quality used in training.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a MacBook equipped with an M-series chip.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Master's degree program, or 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience combined with a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
• Proven ability in conducting effective online research and clear communication.
• Skilled at collecting and succinctly summarizing information drawn from various sources.
• Strong written communication proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• An interdisciplinary academic background is advantageous.
