Research Director

Overview

Assume a pivotal role in steering the research environment at our institution by fostering innovation, encouraging research excellence, overseeing publications, managing funded projects, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Core Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive research strategies aligned with institutional goals.
• Facilitate the advancement of research initiatives, scholarly articles, and patent acquisitions.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.
• Provide guidance to faculty members on securing research funding and developing strong proposals.
• Lead and coordinate research-related activities connected to accreditation and ranking frameworks such as NAAC, NBA, and NIRF.
• Organize academic events including research conferences, faculty development programs, and workshops to enhance scholarly engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess at least a decade of experience serving as a Professor within a university framework.
• Hold a minimum of ten years of experience in a recognized research, academic, or administrative setting.
• Demonstrate robust leadership capabilities coupled with strategic management expertise.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and ranking processes such as NAAC, NBA, and NIRF is advantageous.
