Position Overview
The Renewals Consultant is responsible for overseeing the license renewal process for IFZA's professional partners and internal administrative teams. This entails direct engagement with partners to address concerns, provide solutions, and communicate license status and renewal deadlines effectively. The role requires conducting formal in-person meetings and ensuring all processes align with organizational timelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate proactively with clients and professional partners regarding upcoming license renewals to ensure compliance with deadlines and guidelines.
- Manage escalated complex cases from the administrative team by devising and implementing effective solutions for challenging situations.
- Negotiate various issues with professional partners, targeting mutually beneficial results.
- Analyze data accurately to detect trends and formulate strategies that enhance professional partner conversion rates.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regularly to effectively oversee the partner portfolio.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to client emails and inquiries, covering diverse scenarios related to licensees.
- Conduct routine face-to-face meetings with clients to foster and strengthen relationships.
- Build and sustain partnerships by preparing reports, organizing meetings, and leading training sessions with professional partners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency using MS Office applications.
- Confident communicator capable of effective telephone and in-person interactions.
- Self-driven, accountable, and demonstrates a strong work ethic with a history of exceptional results.
- Excellent negotiation skills are required.
- Prior understanding of licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
