About the Role
Digital Moviola is looking for a careful and committed Remote Data Entry Representative to join their team on a full-time basis. This role supports an organisation focused on leveraging incentives, data, and behavioural science to promote healthier lifestyles and protect lives. Maintaining accurate and reliable data is central to the company's mission, and this position contributes significantly by ensuring data is consistently up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely enter, update, and preserve large datasets within company databases and IT systems.
- Inspect data to find and resolve errors or inconsistencies and review outputs for quality assurance.
- Perform routine data verification and cleaning to maintain accuracy and completeness.
- Create reports, save finished work in specified directories, and carry out backups to avoid data loss.
- Manage confidential information responsibly in line with data privacy standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold data uniformity and assist various departments with their data requirements.
- Follow established company protocols and best practices for data management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in data entry or related tasks.
- High typing speed coupled with excellent accuracy and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of data management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong organisation and time management abilities, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- Minimum education requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
