Regional Operations Manager

About the Role

The position of Regional Operations Manager is pivotal for managing and synchronizing operational activities across the designated region. The role demands leadership in driving the regional team towards achieving their targets while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all operational functions within the region.
• Lead the regional team to meet and exceed assigned goals.
• Evaluate and broaden infrastructure nodes suitable for assessments within the region.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with partners.
• Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies.
• Manage operational costs effectively.
• Conduct presentations and attend meetings with clients and partners.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Implement strategies to reach performance objectives.
• Participate in conferences, events, and scheduled meetings.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges within the region.
• Maintain continuous communication with Delivery, Sales, and Administration teams.
• Lead planning and execution of efficient and sustainable operations aligned with budgets and key performance indicators.
• Coach, support, motivate, and develop team members for enhanced performance.
• Manage risks related to all services in the region, providing early warnings of potential issues.
• Ensure service delivery complies with regulatory standards and contractual obligations.
• Handle interactions with external agencies, coordinating with legal teams when necessary, demonstrating proactive leadership.
• Experience in crowd management is required.
• Knowledge of Local Area Networking will be considered an asset.

Experience & Additional Requirements

• Previous work experience ranging from 8 to 11 years in relevant operational roles.
