Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple dental clinics in the Dublin region. This role is ideal for candidates with dental practice management background ready to manage various locations and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide operational support to multiple dental practices.
• Collaborate closely with Practice Managers and clinical teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Track and enhance key performance metrics such as revenue generation, patient expansion, and chair utilization.
• Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards while upholding excellent patient care quality.
• Coach and mentor teams to boost engagement and improve overall productivity.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant past experience within the Irish dental industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial aspects and dental practice operations.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and support multi-site operations.
• Excellent skills in leadership, communication, and relationship management.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time position based in Dublin.
