About the Role

Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Limited is urgently seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee the full recruitment cycle. This full-time position entails managing end-to-end hiring activities to attract and onboard top talent aligned with company needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Devise strategic hiring plans to attract qualified candidates effectively.
• Screen applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Liaise with department leaders to assess and fulfill staffing requirements.
• Manage job postings on multiple recruitment channels.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive pool of potential candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring efforts.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for newly hired employees.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruitment team to enhance performance.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates or postgraduates from any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms.
