About the Job

This full-time permanent role is based in Singapore (Raffles Place) and reports to the Recruitment Manager. Compensation includes a base salary combined with uncapped monthly commissions.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in sourcing and securing top candidates within specialized industries. Your consultative approach and strong market insight will enable you to foster client relationships, support business growth, and enhance the company’s worldwide reputation for delivering high-impact talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand your client portfolio by proactively engaging companies, presenting recruitment services, and delivering customized talent solutions aligned to client needs.
• Identify and source mid to senior-level candidates, becoming an expert in your designated recruitment market and cultivating strong candidate relationships by understanding their career aspirations.
• Manage the entire recruitment process: coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients, leading offer negotiations, and securing lasting partnerships.
