Role overview
This position focuses on supporting hiring activities by matching candidates to client needs and helping the business meet its recruitment targets. The right person should be comfortable identifying and qualifying potential candidates, while also building a solid understanding of the industry and the company’s technical requirements to act as an effective talent partner.
Responsibilities
- Find and screen candidates proactively.
- Align recruitment activity with client requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong market relationships.
- Look for ways to improve the speed and efficiency of the hiring process.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working toward quotas or specific goals.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with self-motivation.
- Strong team-oriented mindset.
