Role Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator is instrumental in optimizing the hiring workflow, enhancing candidate engagement, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling recruitment goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to the hiring process.
- Organize face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and publishing job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Support HR onboarding by preparing offer letters and gathering new employee documentation.
- Communicate application status updates and provide interview feedback to candidates as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor recruitment and hiring statistics.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings for open roles.
Qualifications
- Preferably 1 to 2+ years in human resources, administrative roles, or recruiting coordination, though not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with the aptitude to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of local employment legislation.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000.
