Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist located on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role involves sourcing candidates, resume evaluation, initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Close collaboration with department heads will ensure the understanding of hiring needs, crafting attractive job advertisements, and selecting optimal recruiting channels to secure top talent. Responsibilities include maintaining a substantial candidate pipeline, managing applicant tracking systems, and timely applicant communication. The role also involves onboarding assistance, supporting employer branding efforts, and process enhancements to improve recruitment quality and candidate satisfaction. This position is pivotal in driving the company’s talent acquisition for diverse roles.
Key Qualifications
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, and Technicians for US-based organizations.
- Capability in handling the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding efficiently.
- Skill in establishing and nurturing a qualified healthcare candidate pool.
- Strong communication abilities to assess and engage US healthcare candidates.
- Collaborative experience working with US clients for understanding and fulfilling staffing requirements.
- Familiarity with US healthcare staffing regulations and industry standards.
- Proficient in interview management, recruitment tracking, and record maintenance.
- Competency in devising sourcing strategies and compiling recruitment activity reports.
- Experience negotiating job offers and candidate closure.
- Involvement in onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Ability to manage simultaneous job requisitions and meet deadlines in dynamic settings.
- Knowledgeable in utilizing applicant tracking systems and HR management software.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline, or similar practical credentials.
- Preferred prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in corporate or agency environments.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals for US clients, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with ongoing staffing needs.
- Engage extensively with US healthcare professionals to match skills and experience with job requirements.
- Liaise with US clients and internal teams to clarify job specifications and candidate profiles.
- Stay updated with US healthcare industry regulations and recruitment trends to inform hiring practices.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and progress tracking via applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, sourcing activity, and candidate pipelines for leadership.
- Facilitate job offer presentations, negotiate employment terms, and manage closing procedures.
- Support onboarding and orientation initiatives for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Contribute to employer branding to position STechWins Inc. as a preferred employer in healthcare recruitment.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment methods, tools, and candidate experiences to optimize hiring results.
