Overview
Walk-in recruitment drive for the position of Record To Report (R2R) Manager in Pune scheduled for 26th July 2026. Candidates must be graduates or postgraduates with a minimum of five years' experience in Record to Report processes, General Ledger management, reconciliation, and financial reporting. The role requires willingness to work in any shift and is strictly onsite with no work-from-home or hybrid work options.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Handle end-to-end R2R activities including general ledger accounting, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, and month-end financial reporting.
- Possess expertise in managing financial assets and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Five or more years of relevant experience in R2R and related finance functions.
- Flexibility to work in any shift as per operational requirements.
- Commitment to onsite work only; remote or hybrid working arrangements are not acceptable.
Compensation and Contact
