Key Responsibilities
- Managing appointment scheduling by coordinating between patients and doctors.
- Overseeing billing processes accurately.
- Exercising excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Utilizing computer skills to maintain and update patient records for efficient access and appointment follow-ups.
- Handling inbound calls related to scheduling and doctor coordination.
- Conducting follow-up calls with patients.
- Directing patients to the appropriate doctors appropriately.
- Managing the entire reception operations smoothly.
- Collecting feedback from patients to enhance service quality.
- Contributing enthusiasm and teamwork spirit within the clinic environment.
