About the Care Home

Our care home, located on the scenic woodland edge of Forres in Moray's picturesque countryside, provides Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care to 41 residents.

Role Summary

The Receptionist serves as the primary greeting point for residents, visitors, and staff, fostering a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. This front-facing role demands strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure an excellent first impression and smooth daily operations.

Key Duties

  • Handle incoming inquiries and welcome visitors effectively
  • Support daily administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain well-organized record systems aiding seamless home operations
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Administrator and management team to provide a prompt, professional, and coordinated service

Candidate Profile

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with an approachable attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
  • Strong organizational and administrative proficiency
  • Competent with IT tools including Microsoft Office and email platforms
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities
  • Dependable with a positive work approach

Terms and Benefits

  • Hourly wage: 12.71 per hour
  • Contract options include full-time and part-time weekly hours
