Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to become part of our compact team located at a vibrant multi-tenant building in White City. The recently refurbished campus is home to various companies, including internationally recognized media firms and fashion-tech retailers.

The Receptionist will be the welcoming face at the main entrance on the ground floor, responsible for ensuring visitors experience a smooth and welcoming arrival. Duties involve adhering to visitor welcome and registration procedures, professionally handling the switchboard, and redirecting calls courteously. Additional tasks include maintaining visitor pass records, managing reception email correspondence, and supporting management with miscellaneous responsibilities.

Working Hours & Salary

This is a full-time role working 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00. The salary is £35,425 per year.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be personable with exceptional communication skills, able to use their cheerful disposition to engage visitors and tenants. A cooperative team member with a flexible, positive approach and enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service is essential. Experience in customer service, especially within a premium environment, is required.
