Overview
Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Receptionist and become part of a hospitality team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Primary Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage guest registrations and process payments efficiently.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
- Maintain the security and tracking of room keys.
- Ensure guest details are accurately updated in the hotel management system.
- Handle guest reservations, including taking and confirming bookings.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, showing initiative when necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capable of maintaining composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.
- Experience working in a 3 or 4-star hotel environment is desirable but not mandatory.
