직무 설명
Role Overview
We are seeking a Reception Administrative Assistant to join Expedia Business Centres LLC in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis. This position focuses on managing front desk operations including welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing guests appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct receptionist duties including greeting visitors and managing phone communications
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and office spaces
- Provide administrative support such as document preparation, contract handling, and organizing filing systems
- Ensure availability and management of office supplies
- Assist company staff with administrative tasks and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth office workflows
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven professional competency in receptionist and front-desk duties
- Skilled in administrative assistance, document filing, and personnel records management (PRO) to support office functions
- Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and colleagues
- Basic computer skills including email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
- Organised with excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Minimum of three years experience in reception or administrative support, preferably within the real estate sector or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
