Work Schedule and Environment

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist cross-functional teams by managing contract proposals, tender submissions, and budget processes with precision
• Oversee sales cycle activities from identifying opportunities to finalizing contract execution
• Collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure timely delivery of commitments
• Drive business growth and client satisfaction through process optimization, data analysis, and insightful recommendations

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; fields like Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines preferred
• Additional certifications or training in relevant domains are advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce would be preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple quotations concurrently, maintaining high accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills with a results-driven approach and deadline adherence
• Attention to detail with dedication to quality and accuracy
• Understanding of sales operations, revenue recognition, contract management, and tender/RFP documentation beneficial
• Professional English fluency required; additional language skills are a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude and a mindset geared toward continuous process improvement
• Customer service focus emphasizing collaboration and relationship building
