Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled QuickBooks Accounting Specialist for a contract role that offers the flexibility to work remotely. The position involves managing various accounting responsibilities using QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop platforms. The role requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $50 to $80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop software to perform diverse financial tasks.
- Efficiently handle invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Prepare and analyze key financial reports including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports for accuracy.
- Maintain and organize the Chart of Accounts, and manage customer and vendor records systematically.
- Detect accounting discrepancies and identify workflow inefficiencies to enhance processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven practical experience working with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop software.
- Strong background in bookkeeping or accounting with relevant experience.
- Skilled in financial reporting and bank reconciliations.
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities.
