Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Quality Control Officer to join our expanding team. Collaborating closely with Production and Technical departments, you will ensure all products consistently meet quality benchmarks through laboratory testing, inspections, documentation, and process enhancement. This position suits a Chemical Engineering graduate passionate about manufacturing quality and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections and lab tests on raw materials, products in process, and finalized goods.
  • Oversee production operations to confirm adherence to predetermined quality specifications.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate quality control data and reports.
  • Investigate products that do not meet standards and assist in corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).
  • Maintain laboratory instruments, testing records, and quality-related documents.
  • Help develop and update quality control procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Production, Technical, and Warehouse teams to sustain product consistency and quality.
  • Support initiatives for continuous manufacturing process improvements.
  • Guarantee compliance with company quality practices and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
  • Between 2 to 5 years of experience in quality control, laboratory testing, or manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience documenting technical reports and maintaining precise records.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in construction chemical manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality standards and documentation requirements.
  • Understanding of production workflows and continuous improvement principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
