Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Analyst working remotely. The successful candidate will design, perform, and maintain manual test cases to assess software and system functionality, reliability, and performance within Lightning Water's operations. Daily responsibilities include analyzing requirements, identifying defects, documenting outcomes, and collaborating closely with product, development, and operations teams to assure the delivery of high-quality software releases.

This role also involves shaping quality standards, driving continuous improvements in quality assurance processes, and providing transparent feedback regarding issues and risks.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret requirements, detect problems, and suggest data-driven enhancements.
• Experience in quality assurance and control to establish standards, ensure compliance, and maintain product consistency.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques and developing comprehensive test cases across multiple scenarios.
• Familiarity with defect tracking software and a foundational understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with clear verbal and written communication skills, suitable for collaborating effectively within a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Background or interest in technology sectors such as agricultural technology is advantageous.
• Preferred educational background or certifications in computer science, information systems, engineering, or quality assurance disciplines.
