Key Responsibilities

• Raise and process purchase orders while making sure materials and supplies arrive on schedule.
• Keep procurement records up to date, including supplier details, order data, and inventory figures.
• Liaise with vendors to check order progress and handle any delivery or quality concerns.
• Help manage stock by tracking inventory levels and coordinating closely with project teams.
• Support supplier evaluation by comparing price, quality, and delivery track record.
• Make sure all purchasing work follows company policies, applicable laws, and project-specific needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil procurement in the construction sector is required.
• Prior exposure to the UAE construction market is necessary.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing site materials and coordinating with suppliers is expected.
• The candidate should be able to manage several site demands and follow up independently.
