Key Responsibilities
- Raise and process purchase orders while making sure materials and supplies arrive on schedule.
- Keep procurement records up to date, including supplier details, order data, and inventory figures.
- Liaise with vendors to check order progress and handle any delivery or quality concerns.
- Help manage stock by tracking inventory levels and coordinating closely with project teams.
- Support supplier evaluation by comparing price, quality, and delivery track record.
- Make sure all purchasing work follows company policies, applicable laws, and project-specific needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil procurement in the construction sector is required.
- Prior exposure to the UAE construction market is necessary.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing site materials and coordinating with suppliers is expected.
- The candidate should be able to manage several site demands and follow up independently.
