Role Overview

Joining Liviti as a Property Strategist means acting as a trusted advisor to members throughout their property investment endeavors. Starting from initial consultation to crafting tailored strategies and expanding their portfolios, you will provide expert counsel on wealth-building via newly developed and off-the-plan properties.

Primary Duties

• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to grasp members’ investment aspirations, financial boundaries, and risk tolerance.
• Create customised property investment plans aligned with clients’ long-range financial goals.
• Analyze and suggest promising growth areas and property projects through meticulous research using market intelligence, cash flow analytics, and design evaluations.
• Communicate investment recommendations with clarity and compelling data support.
• Collaborate extensively with internal mortgage, legal, and support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain ongoing communication with members by providing updates and strategy revisions to help portfolio scaling.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated achievement in roles such as Property Strategist, Investment Consultant, or Buyer’s Agent.
• In-depth knowledge of the markets for off-the-plan and newly constructed properties.
• Expertise in financial modeling for property cash flow and scenario analysis.
• Advanced skills in utilizing CRM software and digital sales platforms.
• A client-focused mindset driven to exceed expectations and support member success.
