Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and real estate developers to drive sales.
• Assist customers throughout the home buying journey, providing tailored guidance in the luxury property market.
• Keep abreast of current market trends, new projects, and property listings.
• Leverage market insights to supply clients with precise and timely information.
• Proactively obtain referrals from happy clients to broaden the customer network.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet both personal and group sales objectives.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in the UAE real estate sector, ideally within Abu Dhabi, with sound market knowledge.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and presentation capabilities.
• Highly motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market movements, developments, and property options.
• Open to generating new business through referrals and teamwork.
